Media Center Services
The
Media Center provides a large variety of services for San Juan School District.
A few of them are listed below. If you have questions, please call 678-1229,
678-1231, or 678,1243. Prices provided here are for San Juan School District
personnel. Some services and products are available to community members,
but prices will vary.
The District media run is every Tuesday. Have your materials ready to pick up in the media bin in your school's office on Tuesday morning. We will also use the District media run to deliver items you order.
A District Purchase Order is required before the work can be done. Please complete the necessary paperwork for your order. If school funds will be used, a principal's signature will suffice.
We print posters, stationery, business cards, programs, NCR forms, certificates etc.
1-34 copies - For fewer than 35 copies, it is less expensive to use a copy machine. Copy it at your own school, if possible. We will make copies for you @ $.05.
35+ copies - For more than 35 copies, it is more economical to use the printing press.

We have various letter styles and sizes, along with a variety of figures. Click here to see examples of letter styles and figures available. The cutouts are free if you bring your own paper and do the work yourself. If we provide the paper and labor, the prices are listed below:
We have paper for sale in a large variety of colors and weights. Sizes up to 25 x 40 can be custom cut to your specifications. You may buy by the sheet. Prices vary.
We have FREE scraps for flash cards and word strips. When materials are available, you may take what you'll use at no charge.

Teaching Materials for Checkout
We have a large selection of books about teaching reading and enrichment materials such as math games, manipulatives, tapes, kits, etc. There is a huge collection of National Geographic magazines. They might be just what you need to add some variety to your learning centers and lessons. Come into the Media Center to dig through it and see what you can use and check them out.
We have plastic binding combs from 1/4 inch to 2 inches in diameter. There is no charge for the binding; you pay for the combs and any paper, such as cover stock, which we provide.
We can also do padding if you want papers glued together into pads.
