STAFF - 8 Hours Per Day
1. Work schedule is from July 1 to June 30.
2. Salary is based on 260 day (2080 hours) work schedule.
3. Salary will be determined by
appropriate range placement on the Classified Salary Matrix.
4. 12 Month Staff would work
under the following scenario:
The following 18 days are Holidays:
Staff will be expected to work on all other workdays unless vacation time is used
Vacation leave is earned at the rate of eight (8) hours for each full month of employment or 96 hours per year.
Staff with ten (10) full years of employment shall earn 10 hours per month or 120 hours per year.
Staff with twenty (20) full years of employment shall earn 12 hours per month or 144 hours per year
The maximum vacation hours that may be carried over into the next contract year will be 18 days.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of 10 hours per month or 120 hours per year.
12 MONTH STAFF 7 Hours Per Day
1. Work schedule is from July 1 -
June 30.
2. Salary is based on a 260 days (1820 hours) work schedule.
3. Salary will be determined by appropriate range placement on the Classified
Salary Matrix.
4. 12 Month Employees work under the following scenario:
The following 18 days are Holidays:
Staff will be expected to work on all other workdays unless vacation time is used.
Staff who work a seven (7) hour day shall earn vacation leave at the rate of seven (7) hours for each full month of employment or 84 hours per year.
Staff with ten (10) full years of employment shall earn eight and three-fourths (8.75) hours per month or 105 hours per year.
Staff with twenty (20) full years of employment shall earn ten and a half (10.5) hours per month and 126 hours per year.
The maximum vacation hours that may be carried over into the next contract year will be 18 days.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of 8.75 hours per month or 105 hours per year.
11 MONTH STAFF 7 Hours Per Day
1. Work schedule is from August 1-
June 30.
2. Salary is based on a 238 days (1666 hours) work schedule.
3. Salary will be determined by appropriate range placement on the Classified
Salary Matrix.
4. 11 Month Employees would work under the following scenario:
The following 16 days are Holidays:
Staff will be expected to work on all other workdays unless vacation time is used, or personal or sick time is needed and used.
Staff who work a seven (7) hour day shall earn vacation leave at the rate of seven (7) hours for each full month of employment or 77 hours per year.
Staff with ten (10) full years of employment shall earn eight and three-fourths (8.75) hours per month and 96.25 hours per year.
Staff with twenty (20) full years of employment shall earn ten and a half (10.5) hours per month and 115.5 hours per year.
The maximum vacation hours that may be carried over into the next contract year will be 18 days.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of 8.75 hours per month or 96.25 hours per year.
12 MONTH EMPLOYEES MAINTENANCE
(10 hours per day - 4 days per week)
1. Work schedule is from July 1 to
June 30.
2. Salary is based on 2080 hour work schedule.
3. Salary will be determined by appropriate range placement on the Classified
Salary Matrix.
4. 12 Month Maintenance Staff would work under the following scenario:
The following days are Holidays:
Maintenance staff are expected to work on all other regular workdays unless vacation days are used, or personal or sick days are needed and used.
Maintenance staff shall earn vacation leave at the rate of eight (8) hours for each full month of employment or 96 hours per year.
Maintenance staff with ten (10) full years of employment shall earn ten (10) hours per month or 120 hours per year.
Maintenance staff with twenty (20) full years of employment shall earn twelve (12) hours per month or 144 hours per year.
The maximum vacation hours that may be carried over into the next contract year will be 18 days.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of ten (10) hours per month or 120 hours per year.
10 MONTH STAFF
7 Hours Per Day
1. Work schedule is from August 9,
- June 10.
2. Salary is based on a 203 days (1421 hours) work schedule.
3. Salary will be determined by appropriate range placement on the Classified
Salary Matrix.
4. 10 Month Employees would work under the following scenario:
Holidays for 10 Month employees are the same as those for certificated teaching staff during the school year.
10 Month staff will be expected to work on all other workdays unless personal or sick time is needed and used.
10 Month staff do not earn vacation time.
The 3 personal days (21 hours) granted to all classified employees who work four (4) or more hours a day are given to 10 month staff. One day can be carried over to the following year up to a maximum of five.
Sick leave is earned at the rate of 8.75 hours per month or 87.5 hours per year.
